Dr. Labros Sdrolias  is full Professor at the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I) of Thessaly, in Larissa-Greece and Visiting Professor at the University of South Bohemia-Czech Republic (Department of Regional Management). He orients his research work on Strategic Management, Business Organisation, HRM and Microeconomics.

Prof. Sdrolias worked for several years as a senior executive in the public (Research Associate in the Institute of Political Economy of the Johannes Kepler University in Linz-Austria, Special Consultant of the Secretary-General for Economic and Political Systems of Ministry of Economy and Finance in Athens-Greece and in the Greek Civil Aviation Service) as well as in the private sector in Greece and abroad (Export Manager in TSANTALI S.A., in EXALCO S.A. and General Director in the Agricultural Cooperatives Union of Karditsa in Greece).

He is the author or co-author of 145 publications in scientific journals and proceedings of conferences, 9 chapters in collective volumes and 3 books. Finally, he participated in 13 research projects, while his total scientific work shows 224 citations.
